    Simple Reservation Steps:

                              1.  Lease agreement filled out, signed and dated

           2. Lead based paint disclosure form. Initial sign and date first page.
               (Initial lines C and D. Sign and date under "Lessee".)

           3.  Copy of driver's license or government issued ID

           4.  Proof of income/employment

           5. Background/eviction/credit check

           6.  Security deposit

     Reservation steps can be completed using Option 1 or Option 2:
